Welcome College Representatives
The registration period for the Coast-to-Coast College Fair, held annually in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is now open. This year the Fair will be held on Monday, April 26, 2010 at the Chattanooga Convention and Trade Center in Chattanooga, TN. We invite all interested college representatives to register! Remember that registration closes April 20, 2010, so don't delay.

Resources for College Representatives
We have included information and resources that will help make your exhibition successful. The details of the upcoming Coast-to-Coast College Fair are available from the main menu item "Event Details". This resource contains all of the details about the Fair. And you wil find maps, links to local hotels and information about Chattanooga in the "FAQ" section of our web site. We will be happy to answer any questions via email addressed to Coast-to-Coastfair@hotmail.com.

The registration fee for College Representatives is $150 for the first representative and $25 for each additional Representative. This fee must be received no later than April 16, 2010 for your registration to be accepted. Please send your payment to:

To register your institution, you can pre-register using the link below and then mail us your check, but please be aware that we MUST receive your registration fee prior to April 20, or your registration will be canceled. Once you submit your information using our online registration form, your institution's name will appear on the online listing of College Representatives who will be attending the Fair. We ask that you provide ALL of the information requested so that we can maintain correct and complete information and will be able to refer students and parents to your institution properly.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds, minus a $25 processing fee, will be made if the request is sent via email by March 26, 2010. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made after March 26 or in the event that an exhibitor or registrant simply does not show. All refund requests should be emailed to: coast-to-coastfair@hotmail.com and indicate “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
